FreeRingtoneHeaven.com has been reworked a little bit to improve load times for pages.
Update to 2.3
There are a number of changes coming to Free Ringtone Heaven. Obviously the design has changed. I’m going to continue working on that. When browsing ringtones you will now be shown a paginated list of all the ringtones in the current directory and all subdirectories. So now when you click on “Alphabetical By Artist” you won’t be presented with a mostly blank page with A-Z listed on the side. Instead you will see a large list of ringtones. As you narrow down the category the list of ringtones will shrink.
The next big change to come will be MP3 ringtones. I’m currently in the process of making MP3 versions of all the MIDI files. This will allow you to download and easily edit the songs to be used on your phone. The vast majority of phones use MP3s as ringtones now. I’m not sure how well supported MIDIs are anymore.
Free Ringtone Heaven 2.0 is Here
Free Ringtone Heaven has been updated. If you previously had a myMobile account you will need to recreate it. myMobile now has password recovery. You can also now change the password for your account and the e-mail address associated with it at any time.
Also updated is the directory structure. It will now be easier to find what you are looking for. Behind the scene changes were made to simplify the process of reorganizing ringtones to avoid downtime.
